you could block the provider...
bit harsh to block everyone using NTL though.. or maybe not... lol

you could just delete spam/bot/lamer accounts...

as its a phpBB tyoe forum you will get lots of accounts register that are not real.
These are bots... they will post viagra adverts and the like...
just have a clear out once in a while... thats a mods job anyway
