ive herd they are very good bikes... its good that they are kona's but do not let halfords put the bike together unless u know the mechanic!

if it is the nearest or best local shop then get it done there,
have you considerred getting it send directly from the kona manufactror

he said that halfords do his offices bike to work sceme so he has to get it from there...

for freeride they r good, 05 onwards really, can handle the dh too but lack in cornering n stuff. defo put sc's on them though, so much beteer having sc's on a stinky like mine has.
